Users can book services directly through our Platform. Payments for services are handled by third-party payment processors, and we do not store or have access to your payment information. By making a booking, you agree to the terms and conditions of the applicable payment processor.

7. Cancellations and Refunds

We recommend that you review the cancellation and refund policies of the service provider before making a booking. 3. User Responsibility:

Users of Find My Labour ("you" or "your") are solely responsible for conducting their own due diligence before engaging with any service provider listed on our platform. We strongly recommend that you independently verify the credentials, licenses, insurance, and references of any service provider you choose to hire.

4. No Liability for Services Rendered:

Find My Labour is not a party to any contract or agreement between you and any service provider. We do not control, manage, or supervise the services provided by the companies or independent builders listed on our platform. Consequently, we shall not be held liable for any damages, losses, or injuries that may result from the services provided by these individuals or entities.

Any issues or disputes regarding the services rendered must be resolved directly between you and the service provider.
